Harvest: by hand at the half of October.
Wine making process: the grapes which are harvested only in using small wooden boxes, are
brought into the winery as they are where they are pressed at 0,6 bar. The juice selected ferment using indigenous yeasts in stainless steel or cement tanks under controlled temperature.
Then the wine stays in tank until one year. It is bottled unfiltered.
